Liberals Envy Financial Success?

What is it about liberals that makes them envy the financial success of others and want to punish them for it? Why do they have such a problem with envy ? Is it that they want to beat others down to their level so they don’t feel good about themselves? Or something else? Thanks in advance for your answers. God bless.

maybe its because a good deal of them got successful exploiting others and the system, therefore damaging our economy

They feel guilty for having success and think that those who arent successful should be given money to make things even. They are controlled by emotion and reward laziness instead of hard work.

The left thinks everyone should have the same things as everyone else. Those who work hard should have just as much as the people who do not. To them, that is fair. They prefer to ride on the cart while other people pull it. What are they going to do when everyone is in the cart and there is no one left to pull?

They haven’t figured out that equal opportunity/equal income will not yield equal results. People who want to succeed can and will. Those who do not wish to succeed won’t. They have yet to figure out that ambition can’t be bought, and that not all people behave responsibly.

I think the CEOs shouldn’t be earning million of dollars every year with bonus, while their workers with no health care insurance and low paying salaries with debts.

There are many wealthy liberals so your premise is wrong to begin with. Perhaps it is that liberals have a stronger sense of humanity and moral responsibility to the poor than conservatives have? How we treat the least of those among us is but a reflection of the civility of our society.

We don’t.Liberals make more on average than conservatives. The difference is, unlike thecons, we are willing to pay our fair share in taxes–and don’t take kindly to the cons always whining for a freepass or a handout.

low self esteem as well as not wanting to work hard and take care themselves, people with no back bone will always look for someone who promises them free money, people on the Right are much more likely to not take handouts because they are the ones building the economy and employing the lazy liberals
also many of them know that they don’t have the intelligence or fortitude to accomplish what others have, they are jealous and ignorant, sad thing is if they knew the mistakes they were making they would be much better off and not have to work any more or less than they do currently

Liberals tend to think that life should be fair. To them, equality means all are the same. It really means all have the same opportunities. It may be over the long run in apples to oranges type of scenarios but to expect everyone to have a good quality of life just to make life “fair” is unrealistic. You reap what you sow.
People who dedicate their lives to making money and having things often end up with that. People who dedicate their lives to family and people often have less materially but tend to meet their needs. People who just hold out their hands just because they were born often don’t end up with anything more than what somebody else decides to put in it. People who are just down and out because of an economic downturn deserve a helping hand temporarily.

Can I ask you a serious question? Do you have a soul? Because usually people with souls care about people other than themselves. Just wondering because I do just fine for myself yet have enough of a brain to realize that there are people out there everywhere who aren’t as lucky as you or me and deserve our help. So, do you have a soul or are you just blissfully blind to other peoples’ existence?
