Dealing with Envy?

how do you deal with envy, meaning when people are envious of you and are sharpening their blades behind your back or praying for your downfall? how do you deal with rumors? how do you deal with betrayal do to envy? how do you deal with being singled out and harassed because of envy? and how do you deal with the isolation that envy brings?

i know you’ve probably heard this from a lot of people, but with rumors, ignore them. hold your head up high, and pretend that you don’t care. when/if people make fun of you, make a joke about your self along with them, what they’re least expecting you to do. keep an air of confidence about you. their main purpose for something like that is to try and bring you down. no matter how much it hurts, don’t let it show and give them the satisfaction they’re looking for. easier said than done i know, but if it gets that bad, confide in some one.
sometimes it really helps to have some one, wether a friend or family member, to be there and for you to know they’re there. it really can help
